- Please make sure your First and Last name is on the package when sending off or dropping of the hair. Must be the same name as your order.
- Please understand that bundles and lace must be new, your hair can come custom colored as long as there is no damage to the bundles or lace
- Please make sure to fill out product authorization form when purchasing or it can result in cancellations of your order.
- Hair must be sent or dropped off in within 2 weeks after purchase. Order will be cancelled and refunded after 14 Days.

This service is for providing your own bundles and lace to be made into a custom unit.
Service Includes: Wash and Condition, Construction of your Unit, Bleach Knots, Plucked Hair line and style of your choice. Turn around time will be 5-10 business days not including shipping. Pick up is available for this service.
