FOR READY TO SHIP WIGS:

Order processing takes up to 3-5 business days, not including the day you ordered, sometimes sooner.

FOR PRE-ORDER WIGS:

Please understand that pre-orders are made to order, order processing takes up to 14 to 21 business days, not including the day you ordered, sometimes sooner.

If you would like a faster order processing,  please go to our Ready To Ship items.

Please understand we strive to process our items as soon as possible, so orders cannot be altered once payment is complete.

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking email. Shipping takes 3-5 days. After receiving a tracking email, tracking activity will become available after 24 hours.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, due to the nature of this business. Once packages are dropped off at the post office for items that are shipped, we no longer have control. Please contact USPS for further details once you receive the tracking number.
